Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations must be received via e-mail by August 30, 2019 for a full refund less a €30 processing charge
· Cancellations received August 30, 2019 through September 25, 2019, receive a 50% refund
· Cancellations made after September 25, 2019, or persons who do not appear at the conference are not eligible for any refund (unless exceptional circumstances)
· Refunds will be processed one month after the conference.
